Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United Kingdom, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging:
    All orders are sent out within 1 – 2 Business Days after the order is placed.
  • Transit time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

NOTE:

  • Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday – Friday: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST) –  excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.
  • US Shipping Only

Delivery Terms

We use DPD, DHL, Yodel and Amazon Logistics. Carrier is determined on speed, item availability and weight.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order is sent out, you will be able to track the order status by clicking “Track My Order”. in the navigation menu of any Prollar.Ltd page or by clicking here.

To Track your order:

  1. Go to Track My Order tab on our website’s main menu.
  2. Enterthe Billing email and thetracking number when sent you after shipping your order.
  3. Click the “Track” button to load tracking information.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT

Our shipping carrier will deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. If you have any special delivery instructions or requests, please include them in the “Notes” section during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes, UPS will return your package.
